St. Aloysius church - Asbestos Encasement

The Asbestos insulation on the ceiling of the boiler room in the basement of St. Aloysius Church, Rev. Msgr. James F. Kelley Residence, was becoming loose and there were some friable locations. The Archdiocese of Newark, wanted this hazardous condition remediated.
