Pier A, NYC - Lead Encasement

Metropolitan Life had loose and peeling lead-based paint on the 26th Floor in the clock tower, clock tower rooms and plenum. The areas consisted of lead paint-covered plaster and steel. They wanted to stabilize the paint and make the area lead safe.
