Philadelphia Quartz Plant - Asbestos Encasement

The Baltimore Philadelphia Quartz Plant was in need of repairs to the roof and the exterior transite (asbestos) and lead-based paint covered walls. The exterior walls had holes that required patching and the exterior was covered with green mold. The interior support steel was covered with flaking lead based paint.  To see the interior lead encasement work click here.
