The Solution
The ECI FiberTech Encasement System was chosen for all of the walls for its waterproofing capabilities and durability. The walls were first coated with ECI’s 4EVERCRETE, a penetrating water and vapor barrier that penetrates 6 to 7 inches into concrete, forming a colloidal gel that fills all of the voids which hardens and prevents the migration of water and vapor. The 4EVERCRETE was also applied to the entire cleaned concrete floor. The owners were extremely satisfied with the results.
